Julia Salt

Julia Salt has operated in the field of finance for 3 decades since qualifying with Allen & Overy in 1980. She has a particular specialism in aviation related transactions, working at the cutting edge of shaping major developments in market structures and documents. She read French and German at St. Hilda's College, Oxford.

Julia is described as “Top class . . . a huge name in the aviation financing market”, (Chambers Global 2008) and is consistently mentioned in all the leading independent directories as one of the leading practitioners in the asset finance market. She was voted joint first in the legal category of “Women in Aviation” in a poll carried out by Air Finance Journal in 2007.

Graham Bailey

Graham Bailey worked at Elborne Mitchell from 1995 to 2006, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. During this time he worked in the Litigation Department, and specialised in insurance and re-insurance claims. Graham is responsible for Plane Legal LLP's practice management.
